Expert Nominees

The expert nominess appointed by the Danish National Courts Administration in connection with the realisation of compulsory compositions, in acordance with Bankruptcy Law § 164 and Civil Procedure § 404, stk. 3"

 

Furthermore, expert nominees are employed when valuating and preparing valuation reports, subscribing capital in connection with the establishment of companies, when the subscription takes place by means of non-cash contributions or contributions made by the business,

cf. s6(b) of the Danish Companies Act.

 

 

The undertaking

SFT Erhversvurdering was established in 1980 with the purpose of developing and improving the valuation of the tangible and intangible assets of a business with the impression that the valuations are often of a vital importance to the decision processes of the businesses.

 

Thus, it became possible to combine the knowledge of several experts within the valuation area of the various assets of the business in one report with basis on the same information and valuation criterion. The Danish business sector soon caught the picture and today, we have more than 500 assignments a year.

 

 

Today, SFT Erhvervsvurdering is owned by Steen Kallesøe, Manager, and Niels Franklen, Manager, who are both appointed as expert nominees by the Danish National Courts Administration.

 

On a daily basis, they work together with 6 regular valuation assistants and more than 40 experts from practically all sectors, which has resulted in them being able to solve valuation assignments within all types of industry.

 

 

By means of internal courses, SFT Erhvervsvurdering updates and develops the employees' knowledge and skills regarding the development within the individual sectors and the legislation of the employees.

 

Moreover, the reports may be prepared in the requested languages.
